In order to ensure a smooth project overall that the owner and project team can all be proud of, an initial goal setting meeting is critical to the success.
GCG had the pleasure of leading a group of owner stakeholders for a new zoo project through a goal setting and key performance indicator process, focused around regenerative design and development. Topics addressed the community at-large, health and welfare of people and animals, ecology, hydrology, embodied carbon, and more.
