Ms. Greenwood is a sustainability consultant with over 20 years of experience. Her insight into emerging green building practices and technologies provides a unique perspective for clients pursuing green building certification and sustainable business initiatives. Greenwood Consulting Group has managed the certification for over 68 million square feet of space. Project experience ranges in building type and geography. Ms. Greenwood is a LEED Fellow, WELL Faculty and Green Globes Fellow. She helped to inform updates to LEED and WELL rating systems and served as an advisor to USGBC and IWBI. Some of the more prominent projects Ms. Greenwood has managed for LEED certification include the JFK Performing Arts Center REACH Building, Kansas City Airport Terminal, the Georgia Aquarium Expansion, University of Wisconsin’s Sonnentag Sports Complex, Kansas City Current’s Stadium, and UC Irvine Student Housing across 6 phases. Understanding our client’s sustainability goals and working collaboratively with the team to achieve these goals is our primary objective.
