With over 6 years of experience in sustainable building consulting, Pablo focuses on delivering LEED and WELL certifications, accounting for GHG emissions, and advancing portfolio-level ESG initiatives. He has supported large real estate portfolios, coordinating across design, engineering, and operations teams to advance building performance and sustainability outcomes. At Greenwood Consulting Group, Pablo manages certification processes for green building projects, including credit strategy, documentation review, and coordination throughout design and construction. He resides in Miami, FL.
