KC Streetcar Goes for Gold: Achieving LEED Certification with Sustainable Innovation

Congratulations to KC Streetcar for achieving LEED Gold certification! GCG was engaged to manage the LEED certification for this campus project. Both buildings achieved Exemplary Performance for material tracking credits: BPDO EPD and IEQ Low-Emitting Materials. 

Also commendable, 85% of the construction waste was diverted on the Annex building and 93% was diverted on the Vehicle Maintenance building. Credit to JE Dunn, HNTB and the KC Transportation Authority!
