VIEGA NORTHEAST MANUFACTURING FACILITY | Mantua, OH
Project Manager: Corinne Wichser
Size: 243,991 SF
Certification: LEED Gold
Services included design integration, certification management, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for this new manufacturing facility.
A few key project highlights:
Achieved a 65% project water use reduction by implementing water efficient landscaping, plumbing fixtures, and process water systems.
Offset 50% of building electricity usage by supporting recently developed off-site renewable electricity generation
Demonstrated a 10% carbon reduction by using low-carbon materials for the roof, structure, foundations, and walls.
Diverted 76% of all construction and demolition waste from the landfill
SSM HEALTH'S STREETS OF CALEDONIA MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

We are thrilled to celebrate this medical facility's achievement as part of SSM Health's WELL at Scale subscription. This project demonstrates comprehensive wellness features.
Wellness features include:
Air quality testing for formaldehyde, TVOCs, and particulate matter
Water quality monitoring with posted results
Nutrition labeling and healthy food access
Ergonomic furnishings to minimize musculoskeletal disease
High-quality lighting with maximized daylighting
Acoustic comfort with sound masking systems
Mental health programs and wellness room
Emergency preparedness training for community safety
CITY OF ST LOUIS SUSTAINABILITY & CLIMATE ACTION PLAN

Greenwood recently completed a yearlong project to update the City of St. Louis’ Greenhouse Gas Inventory and refresh the City’s Climate Action Plan. Greenwood analyzed greenhouse gas data gathered by Cannon Design and developed the inventory report, which included summary findings, reduction targets and detailed methodology review. Our team also contributed emissions-related content to the new Sustainability and Climate Plan, and helped establish GHG reduction-related goals within the Plan. This was a highly collaborative effort- in addition to working closely with City officials, Greenwood partnered with Cannon Design, BluePoint Consulting, BlackRock Consulting and Verdical Group to bring the Plan to life.

This impressive multifamily residential tower exceeded expectations, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-performance residential buildings that provide sustainable living environments for urban communities.
SAN ANTONIO ZOO ENTRY | San Antonio, TX

Size: 9,670 SF
This project features impressive sustainability elements including:
High-albedo roof materials to reduce heat island effect
Water-efficient landscaping with native plants
Pathways made from locally sourced, recycled materials
Low-VOC paints, insulation, ceiling and flooring products
Solar panels on adjacent Monkey House
Beautiful biophilic design elements with art installations and natural materials

Greenwood continued to support Perfect Promotions its sustainability program through driving continuous process improvement, EcoVadis and ISO14001 maintenance, and impact reporting. These efforts help demonstrate the company's leadership and competitive edge within their industry, which culminated in the recognition of Perfect Promotions at #59 on the PPAI 100 Distributors list.

PORSCHE DES MOINES | West Des Moines, IA

This new construction dealership showcases how sustainability can be integrated into automotive retail spaces. The facility features rooftop solar panels to minimize grid energy consumption and high-efficiency RTU systems, demonstrating Porsche's commitment to environmental stewardship.
Greenwood will be recognized at the Building Resilience in Iowa: Forum and Annual Meeting for the Porsche Des Moines building to celebrate exemplary sustainability accomplishments and LEED certification.
